Each substation has been equipped with an integrated automatic monitoring system to monitor the operation of the equipment inside the station,Provides functions including graphical interface, event alarm and report browsing.With more and more substations in the plant area, the workload of operation and maintenance increases, and the difficulty of work increases.The original mode of independent operation and decentralized management of each station has been unable to meet the need to reduce the number of people on duty, ensure the safe operation of equipment and continuously improve the speed and quality of emergency response.

Implementation Plan

1)Establish a centralized control management system

On the existing basis, the integrated automation system of each plant area is optimized and combined, and a central centralized control management system is set up at the 110KV total drop station to collect and process the telemetry, remote signaling and remote control data of the six substations, centralized monitoring and control. High-voltage power distribution equipment throughout the plant.

2)Set up a video surveillance system

Add video surveillance probes in each substation, focus on 110KV total drop station for image processing and display, realize substation "five remote" remote viewing system, display main equipment image monitoring in real time, and have post-recording video playback function and central control system The accident linkage function provides accurate and timely on-site information.

3)Set up a large LCD screen system

A large liquid crystal screen system is added in the 110KV total drop station to comprehensively display the video images of the monitoring image and video monitoring system of the substation integrated automation system, and form an information display management system with complete functions, strong interaction and flexible use.

System Configuration

After implementation, the central centralized control system centrally manages one 110KV station, five 35KV stations, and 24 10KV stations. The centralized control system after completion includes:

-- 13 sets of substation system, including 9 sets of Schindler PSA system - 30 communication management machines, including Schindler WXD200 series management machine 21 sets

The total access to the entire system includes:

System Structure

-- The central centralized control system is configured with dual server + dual workstation mode. The dual servers are used alternately for data acquisition, processing, and storage; dual workstations are used for display, remote control, and other operations such as screens, reports, and curves.

-- In order to ensure the reliability of the communication loop, a ring network structure is adopted between each total drop station.

-- In the system network structure, whether it is used for collecting data in the station or the communication management machine for telecontrol data forwarding, all direct use direct delivery mode is adopted, which does not depend on the monitoring computer, any subsystem hardware failure, does not affect other devices run.
